Return Process

Returning a product is simple. Just follow these 4 steps:

Email Us

Send a return request to hello@rave.n.bass.com with your order number and reason.

Get Approved

We review your request and confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide.

Get Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility

Please review what is and is not eligible for returns:

Eligible for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Sealed products with seal intact
  • Return requested within 7 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Product has been opened and used
  • Return requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Product damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products purchased during clearance sales
  • Free samples or promotional items

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this window, we will be unable to process return requests.

The delivery date is determined by the courier partner’s confirmed delivery timestamp. If you believe there is a discrepancy, please contact us with your tracking details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
  • Shipping charges (if any were applicable) are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 2–5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your replacement item.

Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a return pickup at no cost to you.
  • A full refund or replacement will be issued after inspection.

We take product quality seriously. If something arrives less than perfect, we will make it right.
