Order Processing
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as fast as possible:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch, depending on your location:

Free shipping on all orders
Every order ships free across India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order status:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on ravenbass.com.
- If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner.
PIN Code Serviceability
We ship to most PIN codes across India through our courier partners. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
- You can check PIN code serviceability during checkout.
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you and suggest alternatives.
- We are constantly expanding our delivery network to reach more locations.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Rave n Bass ships exclusively within India.
